Middle East office now open for business

HellermannTyton has opened a branch office in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Establishment of a permanent representation in the Middle East follows five years of groundwork at industrial expos in the region and rapidly rising demand for the company’s products and services across a variety of industries around the Persian Gulf.

The opening of a HellermannTyton branch office in the Emirate of Sharjah is indicative of the massive power generation, infrastructure and building projects currently underway in the region” – Carsten Haack, Export Market Manager at HellermannTyton.
On the strength of concerted trade fair participation in the region, HellermannTyton already enjoys a reputation as a supplier of high quality cable management products, especially in the region’s fast developing solar energy sector with its need for specialised UV-stabilised fastening and fixing products.
The Sharjah Airport International Free Zone (SAIF Zone) in the UAE is an ideal base from which HellermannTyton can offer its expertise to customers throughout the GCC states of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
Attendees at the recent Middle East Electricity trade fair in Dubai showed strong interest in HellermannTyton’s range of metal system products. For example, the M-BOSS Compact stainless steel marker printer for permanent marking in hazardous environments was a favourite with oil and gas operators. The manual cable tie application tool EVO7 and the fully automated cable tie system Autotool 2000 also received a lot of attention.
